The Beauty Manifesto

Where beauty, identity, and reinvention meet real life.

The Beauty Manifesto is a curated, emotionally intelligent newsletter exploring beauty, identity, clarity, and creative reinvention. It’s for thoughtful people navigating the in-between - between ambition and burnout, visibility and privacy, artistry and structure.

Here, you’ll find reflections on:

  • Beauty - products, process, and aesthetic taste

  • Work - creative careers, coaching, clarity, and boundaries

  • Identity - aging, confidence, reinvention, and inner power

  • Life - seasons, slowness, softness, and everyday rituals

Whether you’re a makeup artist, a creative entrepreneur, a midlife woman redefining success, or simply someone seeking more depth and presence in your life - welcome.

Come for the beauty. Stay for the truth.

About Amy

I’m Amy Strozzi - makeup artist, mentor, coach, and lifelong beauty obsessive.

After 15+ years working in the LA beauty industry - with celebrities, red carpets, brands, and brides - I left it all behind for love, moving across the country to start a new chapter in New England. Now I work for myself, on my own terms, building a life that’s both creative and grounded.

I started The Beauty Manifesto years ago as a Tumblr. Then it became a Wordpress site. Now it’s a home for deeper writing - about beauty, identity, clarity, reinvention, and the emotional layers beneath it all.

I write for the ones in-between:
the artists who want to be more than algorithms,
the professionals ready to redefine success,
the women who want to feel like themselves again.

I don’t have all the answers - but I’ve gathered enough experience, perspective, and taste to know what matters.

This space is a place to reflect, reconnect, and reclaim what beauty means to you.

I’m glad you’re here.
