Magical Woodland Nymph with Amelia
When girls come in to shoot with us at TBM, it usually begins with a bit of a chat that lets me see what kind of personality we’re working with while I gather my thoughts (sometimes I’m winging it to be honest). Amelia is one of the sweetest girls you will meet, and when I asked how she envisions herself, “magical woodland nymph” was her reply.
You can’t deny how much that suits her and her precious pixie features…
So whats needed for this magical look…long dark hair, cute ears and thick brows is a plus, but even without, you can still get that sparkly feel with Makeup Forevers Diamond Powder and a little 8 Hour Cream.
**Dab a TINY amount of 8 Hour Cream to the eyelid and tap the Diamond Powder on top, or mix the two beforehand and use your finger to apply all over the lid.**
(Go easy with the Diamond Powder, better to add more than use too much)
The brows are brushed up for intentional effect, and the skin is hyper moisturized and highlighted with a cream highlighter. I probably used Tom Ford here, but any cream that gives you a great reflective sheen would work – I prefer this look with a white or champagne highlight but thats all about skintone so you do you. The RMS Living Luminizer would be great here as well. Lock in those brows w a clear brow gel like this one from Anastasia.
Finish the look with a great blood red lip like this Night Crimson shade from Charlotte Tilbury.
Starting this look with a face oil is perfect if your skin can handle it. Try the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil as the last step in your skincare before you begin your makeup for a beautiful sheen that is great under foundation as well.
